Transforming Sex and Relationships, One Conversation at a Time...
Whether you're looking to deepen your connection with others or better understand yourself, therapy can help. Together, we’ll explore your sexual identity, navigate challenges, improve communication, and build confidence. So you can show up more fully in your relationships and your life.

How can I help you?
Below is a brief description of the different types of therapy that I offer. However, you can click 'more info' to find out further details on each of these.
Sex Therapy
Sex therapy is a form of talking therapy that focuses on the sexual difficulties you may be experiencing; such as erectile issues, premature ejaculation, vaginismus, pain during sex, low desire, or other concerns affecting your intimate life. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on physically, emotionally, and relationally, so you can better understand your experience, reduce shame, and move toward a more fulfilling sex life.

Couples Therapy
It’s not uncommon for couples and poly-stuctures to fall into patterns of miscommunication, disconnection, or feeling like they're no longer on the same team. In therapy, I’ll support you in improving communication, rebuilding connection, rekindling desire, and bringing joy and playfulness back into your relationship.
Couples therapy is not only for relationships in crisis. While some couples do seek support during difficult times, others come to therapy as a space to reconnect, strengthen their bond, and rediscover each other in new ways.

Relationship Therapy
I offer a supportive and affirming space for individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves. Whether you're exploring your sexuality or gender, questioning your identity, or simply looking to reconnect with who you are. Therapy can be a safe place to unpack thoughts and emotions, process past experiences, and build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
People also come to Relationship Therapy to work through relationship patterns, heal from shame or trauma, improve confidence, or navigate neurodivergence and life transitions.

What to Expect
My approach is warm, empathetic and holistic. I believe that as every individual is different, their therapy should be to. I tailor my approach to suit each client(s) and work with you to move towards your goals.
To help me understand why you're approaching therapy, and for you to see if I'm the right fit for you, we would organise a free 15-minute consultation via video call.
I would also ask that you fill out a form that gives a bit more information on your hopes for therapy - prior to the consulation.
1
If we decide to go ahead with sessions, I would ask for some further details from yourself and to sign documents such as my Client Agreement and Privacy Policy.
As well as organising your regular session time.
2
Complete your initial assessment, which is your first paid session and consists of some specific questions to help me get to know you better.
These questions lay the foundations of your therapy going forward.
3
Begin your therapy journey.
I do not have a maximum number of sessions that you can have, so your open-ended therapy enables you to unpack what's going on for you, in your own time and at your own pace.
